Published Date: August 2026 • Last Updated & In Effect: August 28, 2026

Zero Tolerance Policy (CSAM & CSAE)

USUNO strictly prohibits the creation, transmission, possession, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any violation results in immediate permanent account termination, data preservation for law enforcement, and formal reporting to national and international child protection authorities.

1. Purpose & Scope of Standards

USUNO is a private relationship platform designed exclusively for adult couples to organize their daily life, shared tasks, calendar routines, and relationship milestones. Although USUNO operates as an encrypted, private space for two individuals, we implement robust safety safeguards to ensure our platform is never misused for unlawful or predatory behavior.

These Child Safety Standards apply globally to all users, accounts, integrations, and services provided under the USUNO ecosystem.

2. Prohibited Content & Behaviors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on USUNO:

  • CSAM / CSAE: Uploading, storing, linking, transmitting, or facilitating any visual, text, audio, or synthetic depiction of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
  • Child Grooming & Exploitation: Any attempt to contact, coerce, exploit, or endanger minors.
  • Underage Usage: Creating accounts by or for individuals under the legal age of consent (minimum 18 years of age or legal age of adulthood in the respective jurisdiction).

3. In-App Reporting & Designated Point of Contact

USUNO provides clear, accessible mechanisms for users to immediately report any suspected child safety concerns:

In-App Report Mechanism

Users can navigate to Profile ➔ Security & Safety ➔ Report Safety Concern to flag an account or incident for immediate priority review.

Direct Safety Contact

Designated Officer: Child Safety & Compliance Team
Email: contact@haseebbuilds.co
Emergency Escalation: safety@usuno.app

All child safety reports received are treated with urgent highest-tier priority, investigated within 24 hours by trained personnel.

4. Mandatory Reporting to Authorities & NCMEC

In full compliance with international child safety frameworks and US federal regulations (18 U.S.C. § 2258A):

  • NCMEC Reporting: Any identified instances or credible reports involving CSAM are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We preserve necessary metadata, IP logs, and evidence to assist local, regional, national, and international law enforcement agencies in prosecution.

5. Enforcement & Account Sanctions

When a violation of our Child Safety Standards is confirmed:

  1. Immediate permanent suspension and revocation of account credentials.
  2. Permanent device identifier and IP address bans.
  3. Preservation of digital records in compliance with legal retention warrants.
  4. Direct referral of the incident to relevant criminal justice authorities.

6. Policy Review & Updates

These Child Safety Standards are publicly accessible and continuously maintained to align with evolving legal standards, Google Play policies, and global child protection mandates.
